Job Title: Commis Chef

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the smooth running of daily operations, preparing high-quality food, and maintaining the highest standards of health and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head Chef in the preparation of high-quality food and presentation of dishes
  • Maintain the highest standards of health and hygiene in the kitchen
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of daily operations
  • Be flexible and adaptable to changing environments and priorities
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel or catering environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role or fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Flexible approach to working hours and shifts
