Quality Assurance Engineer - Beverley - Up to £40,000 + Benefits
AVD Appoint is currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Engineer to work for a key client of ours.
The organisation has been in operation for over 30 years and is one of the leading Engineering companies in the UK, employing over 250 employees UK wide.
To support the continued growth of the business and to deal with the amount of work they have now and forecasted, they have the need to appoint a Quality Assurance Engineer on a permanent basis.
In this role as a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish and serving as the primary contact for customer accounts.
You will also coordinate team reviews, ensure stock is properly managed, and set up inspection records.
Additionally, you will handle customer complaints and address any concerns that may arise.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Experience with maintaining Quality Management systems - ISO 9001
- Experience working in the Manufacturing or Automotive industry
- Experienced with complaint handling
Desirable:
- Knowledge of IATF 16949
- CMMs experience - Laser Scanner or Aberlink
- Knowledge of Injection Moulding Machines
