Key Responsibilities- Develop and produce high-quality, medically accurate, and engaging content for pharmaceutical and healthcare campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account directors, planners, and traffic, to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Provide medical knowledge and expertise across multiple therapeutic areas and develop expertise in new areas as required.
- Contribute to strategic thinking and planning, including developing brand plans and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
- Present professionally to medical and marketing clients, providing a rationale for content and how it supports the brand strategy.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on colleagues' work, including peers, junior team members, and freelancers.
- Identify training needs and contribute to training others as required.
- MSc or PhD in a relevant field, such as medical writing, communications, or marketing.
- Extensive previous relevant medical information, communications, or marketing writing experience.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong understanding of the brand development process and ability to input into this process.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to shift directions as new information or feedback becomes available.
