About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Development Manager to join our team at the Advocate Group. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients in the On Trade market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of On Trade clients, including restaurants, hotels, bars, and pubs, to drive sales growth and increase brand exposure.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and budgets, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the On Trade market, and negotiate deals for brand exposure and company perks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies, and provide regular sales reports and analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, and provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Proven experience in On Trade sales, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting targets.
