About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to combine direct practice with service and professional development. You will assist the Edge of Care Services Manager by providing reflective supervision to staff, advising on roles and practices, contributing to audits, action plans, and communication, preparing for supervision, deputising at meetings, and covering rotas.
