About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Content Writer to join our team at Acolad, a global leader in content and language solutions. As a Content Writer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality written records of meetings, conferences, and events for our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and transcribe audio and video recordings with precision and accuracy
- Ensure all transcripts adhere to our formatting guidelines and quality standards
- Review and edit transcripts for clarity, grammar, and style
- Meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently
- Communicate effectively with our Sales, PM, and Editor teams
Requirements
- English/Humanities degree
- Excellent listening skills and attention to detail
- Strong command of the English language, including grammar and punctuation
- Previous transcription experience is preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Demonstrably reliable internet connection (a corporate laptop will be provided to you for the duration of your contract)
