### Job Title: Educational Teaching Assistant
### Job Summary:
We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Educational Teaching Assistant to work under the instruction and guidance of teaching/senior staff in our 2-year-old unit. The successful candidate will undertake work/care/support programmes to enable access to learning for pupils with Education Health and Care Plans.
### Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom
* Work may be carried out in the classroom or outside the main teaching area
* Implement provisions and strategies needed to help children achieve key life outcomes
