Position Overview: As a full-time Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, fostering strong client relationships, and meeting sales objectives. You will embody the brand and represent our exquisite products. Your role will involve engaging with customers to discern their needs, providing comprehensive product insights, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain awareness of personal sales goals, including KPIs, and assist management in consistently achieving departmental and store objectives using company resources such as training, product knowledge, and daily operational plans.
  • Implement training received through the company Logbook to maximize sales by welcoming clients and suggesting additional and alternative purchases.
  • Foster a store environment that promotes sales and maintains high energy levels.
  • Build and nurture client relationships to drive sales and enhance client loyalty.
  • Actively engage in training sessions and undertake any proposed training, whether internal or external.
  • Develop visual merchandising skills and assist in display tasks as needed to uphold high store standards.

  • Enthusiastic and personable with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Positive mindset, self-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
  • Strong product knowledge and a quick learner regarding new offerings.
  • Numerical proficiency and accuracy in handling cash transactions.
