We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer - Boilers to become a vital part of our Mechanical Components Division within our Nuclear Services sector, contributing to the operational excellence of our nuclear power generation facilities.

The diverse nature of this role will require effective communication with various stakeholders, including Design Authority personnel, Station Engineers, technical experts, and external suppliers, as well as international operators and regulatory bodies.

You will engage with external vendors to support your initiatives, which may include technical commissioning, oversight, and management of projects. Occasional visits to power stations may be necessary for meetings, workshops, or to assess specific equipment.

You will assist in developing safety cases and provide ongoing support to the stations regarding emergent safety, design, and operational issues. Strong mechanical engineering expertise and experience are essential to deliver high-quality results, with a steadfast commitment to safety at the forefront of your work.
