Corporate Tax Director

TPF Recruitment is working with a renowned firm of chartered accountants in the South East who have an excellent reputation across the region. Our client is a leading firm of chartered accountants, providing a wide range of accounting services to a diverse client base. This includes sole traders, limited liability partnerships, and limited companies, as well as national and international groups. As a business, they have focused on strengthening their corporate tax presence and are now seeking a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join their successful team.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with local partners to deliver a range of tax services.
- Work with a diverse range of clients, including owner-managed companies, quoted groups, local and national charities.
- Be involved in compliance and advisory work, as well as business development initiatives, working with the team to generate new business.
- Deliver general corporate tax consultancy, which may include:
- Group reorganisations.
- Advice on structuring acquisitions.
- Due diligence work and SPA reviews.
- Corporate debt, particularly in a group context.
- Research & Development tax relief / Patent Box.
- International tax advice (structuring / financing / transfer pricing).
- Capital allowances reviews.
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified with a career background in corporate tax.
- Developed career to Corporate Tax Manager / Senior Manager levels with a mix of in-house and accountancy practice firm experience.
- Bring a mix of compliance and planning skills, with expertise in some areas of corporate tax advisory project work and a desire to develop further in other areas.
- Competitive salary of £60,000 - £75,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
