Data Manager Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Data Manager to join our team at Robert Walters. As a Data Manager, you will be responsible for implementing a new data governance strategy and overseeing the improvement of data management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a data governance framework to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Lead a team of data professionals to champion data quality across the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure they understand the importance of data-driven decision making.
  • Address data quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in developing and implementing data governance frameworks.
  • Experience in data migration projects and ERP migration projects.
  • Strong management experience, including team management and project management.
  • Ability to business partner and explain complex data concepts to stakeholders.
