About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Resource Portfolio Manager to join our Global Resource Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for proactively driving the forecasting and demand planning of Site Resources on a portfolio level across regions. Your mission will be to influence stakeholders to develop a robust mid- & long term forecast of critical Site Resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the business to have a consolidated demand forecast (2-5 years) and planning (0-2 years) to ensure adequate supply of competent Technicians to the Service sites
  • Develop plans for delivering best-in-class Technicians for new product implementation and new market entry. Target is to ensure streamlined knowledge transfer to the local Service unit enabling their operations
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of a global harmonized resource strategy considering an optimized split between regional, global, and sub-contractor teams with focus on safe and efficient execution of the service scope of work
  • Maintain an updated Portfolio Overview to ensure optimal utilization of critical Site Resources across all Service Sites
Requirements
  • You are at ease with pro-actively navigating a complex global stakeholder environment and building a network
  • You are a team player with excellent communication skills and an innovative mindset, but also the ability to work independently
  • You are structured and demonstrated good problem-solving skills (strategic, quantitative, and organizational) taking a holistic end-to-end perspective
  • You can bring transparency to a complex workforce demand situation enabling the business to make the needed workforce development initiatives to secure a continued highly qualified workforce to handle the future growth within the business
  • You are comfortable with a diverse set of tasks, working both on long-term projects and short deadlines
  • Experience from the Wind Industry is an advantage
  • Proficiency in both oral and written English
