About the Team:
Our merchandising function plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of our inventory and product flow. This involves optimizing stock levels, minimizing overstock and stockouts, and driving profitability.
About the Role:
- Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels to optimize stock availability and minimize waste.
- Support with placing and tracking orders with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain accurate stock records and update systems accordingly to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in analyzing sales data and trends to inform merchandising decisions and drive business growth.
- Compile reports and provide administrative support to the merchandising team to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any stock-related issues.
- Assist with ad hoc merchandising projects as needed to drive business objectives.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software to manage data and reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for consumer goods and an interest in the beauty industry.
