HSEQ Manager Opportunity

PSR Solutions is seeking a seasoned HSEQ Manager to spearhead the development and implementation of their Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) strategy. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving compliance, improving safety culture, and ensuring quality standards across their projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement HSEQ policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  2. Build and lead a dedicated HSEQ team, providing guidance and leadership on all HSEQ matters across the business.
  3. Collaborate with project managers to promote best practices in construction safety and quality, conducting regular site audits and risk assessments.
  4. Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and environmental standards, providing leadership and guidance on all HSEQ matters.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in a senior HSEQ role, ideally within the construction or fit-out industry.
  2. In-depth knowledge of UK health, safety, and environmental legislation.
  3. NEBOSH or equivalent HSEQ qualifications.
  4. Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and mentor a team.
  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
