Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Manager at James & Partners. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing new build reserved plots from reservation through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plot Management: Oversee the entire customer journey, ensuring seamless communication and timely completion of plots.
- Customer Communication: Handle general enquiries, provide updates, and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Administration: Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Maintenance Coordination: Work with contractors to ensure timely and efficient maintenance of plots.
- Internal and External Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and external parties, including customers and contractors.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years' industry experience in a similar role, preferably in property management, customer care, or sales progression.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proven track record of being highly motivated and detail-oriented.
- Education: Relevant qualifications or experience in property management or a related field.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum.
