Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to work closely with our Head Chef to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of chefs, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of chefs to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service
  • Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling
  • Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas and specials
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of kitchen policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a passion for creating high-quality dishes
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, with the ability to maintain high standards
