Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fabricator/Welder to join our team at Castle Employment. As a key member of our steel fabrication company, you will be responsible for performing high-quality welding tasks and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform MIG/MAG welding, including downhand, fillet, and butt welds, to meet precision and quality standards.
  • Work from detailed engineering drawings to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Utilize flux core welding skills, with training provided for those without experience.
Requirements
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement in all aspects of work.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately from drawings.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Benefits
  • Competitive pay rates, including £17.37 per hour for day shift and up to £34.74 per hour for overtime.
  • 4-day shift pattern, Monday to Thursday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm.
