**About the Role**
We are seeking a Community Centre Duty Officer to join our team at the District Community Centre in Didcot. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the centre, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the delivery of our community programmes.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide administrative support to the centre team, including responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain accurate records and reports, including attendance, bookings, and financial transactions
* Develop and implement effective procedures for centre operations, including health and safety, security, and customer service
* Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality programmes and services, including events, activities, and outreach initiatives
* Provide support to centre users, including groups, individuals, and community organisations
**Requirements**
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
