Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Management Lead. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering multiple projects simultaneously, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our operational projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement operational projects, including the integration of new teams.
  • Coordinate and manage the operational integration of acquired businesses into our portfolio.
  • Plan and deliver operations and integration projects that will grow our portfolio and develop our operational strength.
  • Programme-manage the delivery of technical and central services projects that will underpin the smooth running of our client services.
  • Measure and report on the progress of our projects across the organisation.
  • Conduct projects' post-implementation reviews and continuously improve our processes and practices.
  • Proactively manage operational risks and develop project management capability in the team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in project managing acquisitions and business transfers, with multiple workstreams.
  • A proven track record of success in implementing operations planning and project management effectively.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience in change management and organisational transformation.
