Join Our Team as a Senior Financial Accountant

At Redgate Software Ltd, we're looking for a highly skilled Senior Financial Accountant to lead our technical accounting projects and support our Financial Controller in managing our financial operations. As a key member of our finance team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical accounting projects and support the Financial Controller in managing financial operations
  • Develop and maintain financial processes and controls to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Collaborate with the Financial Planning and Analysis Team to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Review and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Support the production of internal financial reporting and external audit
  • Act as a key bridge between the Finance Operations Team and the Financial Planning and Analysis Team
Requirements:
  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
  • Experience in project management and delivering change
  • Strong Excel skills, including Sumifs, Vlookups, pivot tables, and nested formulae
  • Good understanding of financial laws and regulations
  • Able to communicate finance issues with non-finance audiences
