PW Construction Recruitment is seeking an experienced MEP Technical Service Lead to join our team of professionals in Kent.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual to work with a leading M&E contractor, covering projects in Kent, London, and Essex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough site reviews and validations to ensure project compliance.
- Collaborate with subcontractors to prepare drawings and assist with design reviews.
- Monitor labor on site and provide feedback to senior team members.
- Foster a positive working environment and high morale among labor personnel.
- Review project programs on a weekly basis and ensure a two-week lookahead is reviewed bi-weekly.
- Prepare project progress snapshots and issue them to the senior project management team on a monthly basis.
- Issue monthly site progress percentage documents and final testing certification.
- Coordinate site handovers and customer witnessing.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of British Standards and Mechanical and Electrical disciplines.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to conduct thorough investigations and prepare detailed reports.
- Appropriate CSCS Card (SSSTS / SMSTS).
- Valid driving license.
