About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control professional to join our team at RBW Consulting. As a Senior Manager, Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for leading the Quality Control team and ensuring that all site Quality Control activities are managed and scheduled effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on method development oversight and team leadership, with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements from an analytical chemistry perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Quality Control team and ensure that all site Quality Control activities are managed and scheduled effectively
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality control activities
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure their professional development and growth

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a QC/Analytical Chemistry manager or supervisor within a pharmaceutical GMP environment
  • Previous people management experience is essential
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
