Assembly Technician

At Hunter Savage, we are seeking a highly skilled Crushing Screening Assembly Fitter to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining machinery and equipment used in the crushing and screening industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Assemble crushing and screening machinery according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Install machinery at client sites, ensuring all components are properly connected and operational.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, replacing parts as necessary.
- Conduct inspections and tests to verify the functionality of equipment.
- Provide technical support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns regarding the equipment.
- Train clients' personnel on the proper use and maintenance of the machinery.
- Ensure all assembled equipment meets the company's quality standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical or vocational training in mechanical assembly, engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in the crushing and screening industry or a similar field.
- Experience with heavy machinery and industrial equipment.
