About the Role:

We are seeking two experienced Social Workers to join our North Adults Complex Needs Team and Annual Review Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing vital information, assessing needs, and assigning personalized packages of care to enable individuals to shape their own lives.

Our teams work closely with service users, their carers, and other professionals to deliver high-quality support. You will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of safeguarding and the Mental Capacity Act, as well as the ability to respond to urgent needs and crises.

We are looking for individuals who can take a person-centered and strengths-based approach, inspiring choice and control for our service users. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and managers to achieve the best outcomes for our residents.

About You:

We are seeking registered social workers with excellent communication skills, a strong grounding in legal issues surrounding safeguarding, the Mental Capacity Act, and the Care Act. You will need to be able to assess needs, complete and review care planning, write analytical reports, progress legal cases, manage risk, and offer supportive advice.
