Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and carrying out preventive maintenance, diagnosing faults, repairing equipment, and testing repairs. Additionally, they will manage stocks and supplies of spare parts, order specialist components, and supervise external contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and carry out preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Diagnose faults and repair equipment to minimize downtime
  • Manage stocks and supplies of spare parts to ensure timely availability
  • Order specialist components and fixtures for equipment such as CNCs, CTFs, and Press Breaks
  • Supervise external contractors while on-site to ensure quality workmanship
Requirements
  • C&G or Timeserved Electrical Apprentice in electrical or mechanical engineering, or equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer
  • Ability to work shifts or be on call, particularly when manufacturing equipment is in continuous operation
