Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for planning and carrying out preventive maintenance, diagnosing faults, repairing equipment, and testing repairs. You will also manage stocks and supplies of spare parts, order specialist components, and supervise external contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and carry out preventive maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of equipment
  • Diagnose faults and repair equipment to minimize downtime
  • Manage stocks and supplies of spare parts and order specialist components as needed
  • Supervise external contractors while on-site
  • Create maintenance and safe operating procedures
Requirements
  • C&G, Or Timeserved Electrical Apprentice in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer
  • Ability to work shifts or be on call, particularly when manufacturing equipment is in continual operation
