Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Total Community Care Limited. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs in their own homes and communities.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in complex care areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care. You will receive full training and clinical support to enhance your skills and confidence in these areas.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with complex needs
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Support individuals with communication and mobility needs
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to communicate effectively with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals.
You will also need to be able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and be willing to travel to different locations as required.
