About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care in Portswood, Southampton.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users, providing support and care to enable them to live independently and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to service users, including assistance with daily living tasks and promoting independence.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, adhering to Voyage Care's policies and procedures.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.84.
  • Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour.
