Assistant Manager

iQ Student Accommodation is seeking an ambitious and energetic leader to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As a key member of our site-based team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our students have an exceptional experience with us.
As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of running efficient, safe, and profitable sites. This includes coaching and leading your team, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and handling customer complaints with a patient and understanding approach.
We are looking for someone with strong people skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the creation of a positive and memorable experience for residents
- Completing administrative tasks, including logging of maintenance requests and updating databases
- Handling and resolving customer complaints with a patient and understanding approach
- Assisting with management of the team and deputising in the absence of the Operations Manager
- Ensuring compliance in line with health and safety standards
