Job Summary

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for Wynne Consulting ltd, a worldwide business and market leader in their sector. As a Supply Chain and Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate order processing, logistical distribution, and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process sales orders and order-related documents within the ERP system.
  • Ensure fulfilment and logistical distribution of company products, including planning, review, communication, and financial control.
  • Arrange deliveries for local project requirements.
  • Communicate with external customers and internal departments to ensure regular updates on order statuses.
  • Manage communication from department mailboxes and channels for external/internal customers.
  • Provide Customs support with import and exports of company products/equipment.
  • Forecast and demand plan company products to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure high quality of delivered goods, including measuring quality with dedicated KPIs.
  • Align with company strategies to support business growth targets and implement change within the organization.
  • Support process development and continuous improvement activities within the team and wider business.
  • Work closely with other departments to align Supply Chain operations with overall business goals.
  • Comply with Supply Chain and Customs-related regulations/policies.
Requirements
  • University degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of work experience in Supply Chain or Logistics or similar position.
  • Good knowledge of Customs.
  • Good knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office package.
  • Ability to manage workload in high-volume environment.
  • Experience working with clients of various sizes.
  • Customer-centric approach to work.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-solving/analytical skills.
  • Determined to get the job done and flexibility to adapt to changing requirements.
