Team Manager Opportunity at Advinia Care Homes Limited

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Manager to join our team at Woodstock Care Home in Dereham. As a Team Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Care Planning and Delivery: Ensure that care plans are up-to-date and reflect the changing needs of our residents. Monitor and review care plans to ensure they are being implemented effectively.
  • Staff Management: Deploy staff efficiently to ensure that care duties are covered. Authorize time sheets and ensure that staff are receiving the necessary training and support.
  • Resident Relationships: Establish and maintain good relationships with residents and their families. Ensure that residents' needs are being met and that they are receiving the best possible care.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Work with the Home Manager to ensure that the home is meeting all regulatory requirements. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Team Leader/Management experience in a care setting.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Initiative: Ability to work on own initiative and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Time Management: Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
