Strategic Growth Initiative

The Business Engagement Lead will play a pivotal role in the Strategic Growth Initiative, which encompasses several critical components aimed at expanding our operations. The responsibilities of this position include:
  • Driving the engagement efforts with various business units, particularly with senior leadership and executive teams.
  • Setting measurable objectives for workforce expansion that align with the strategic goals of the initiative.
  • Overseeing the assessment and reporting of recruitment and relocation efforts, including presenting findings to senior management.
  • Contributing to the formulation of a comprehensive location strategy in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Partnering with human resources to ensure business units receive adequate support for recruitment and management of hybrid teams.
  • Identifying potential challenges to growth and collaborating with other departments to achieve targeted workforce representation.

Essential Qualifications
  • Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, particularly in engaging with senior executives.

  • Proven ability to produce high-quality work within deadlines, both independently and through collaborative efforts.
