We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Dual Diagnosis team in Enfield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex caseloads, devising and implementing high-quality packages of care, and supervising staff.
Main Responsibilities- Provide clinical supervision to dispersed Dual Diagnosis workers
- Lead in identifying, consulting, and arranging training for substance misuse and mental health staff
- Undertake specialist assessments of service users, manage complex cases, and implement risk management plans
- Provide high-quality evidence-based interventions
- Extensive experience of working with those affected by substance misuse
- Experience of assessment of drug and alcohol users with complex needs
- Experience of key working with clients in substitute prescribing treatment
- Some knowledge of working in liaison with GPs
- Experience of working in dual diagnosis services
- Able to carry out quality one-to-one and/or group supervision for other members of staff, volunteers, students, and secondees
