About the RoleAs an Apprentice Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Business Support team, dealing with customer queries, and assisting with various administrative tasks. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as customer service, data entry, and social media management.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Business Support team
- Deal with customer queries via phone, email, and social media
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry and CRM management
- Support the customer success team in ensuring candidates clock in and out for shifts
- Post adverts to job boards and social media platforms
- English and Maths (grade 4/C or above) - ESSENTIAL
- Strong PC skills and the ability to record accurate data
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
