Key Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering rail or civil infrastructure projects valued up to £25m.
- Strong commercial acumen and quantity surveying capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts.
- Project management and contract administration experience is highly advantageous.
- MRICS qualification or working towards it, along with a relevant degree or a minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
