Job Title: National Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled National Business Development Manager to join our team at Edwards & Pearce - Doncaster. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new revenue streams in target markets, including the Healthcare and Chemical sectors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Travel across the UK to visit existing customers and new potential clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Act as the point of escalation for major commercial or operational issues, providing solutions and support.
  • Deliver agreed KPIs and objectives, working closely with the estimating and customer service teams.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in the packaging and label industry.
  • Excellent solution sales skills, with a strong understanding of the industry supply chain.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding targets.
