About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join our team at EASYWEBRECRUITMENT. As an HR Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a diverse client base, helping them navigate HR challenges and implement best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance in areas such as employee relations, compliance, HR strategy, and more.
  • Deliver robust generalist HR advice and guidance, including advising and coaching line managers and advising to a successful conclusion on a broad range of complex employee relations issues.
  • Develop and implement HR projects and initiatives across a broad range of subject areas.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide HR support and guidance.
Requirements
  • Chartered MCIPD level or as a minimum, working towards that.
  • Extensive experience of leading and managing HR projects and initiatives across a broad range of subject areas.
  • Social sector experience or exposure, gained through employment, volunteering or governance role(s) with extensive and broad operational delivery of robust generalist HR advice and guidance.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.
  • Excellent written skills, able to produce high-quality reports and other documentation.
