Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our team at Principal Corporation Limited. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review financial schedules and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Reconcile transactions and identify discrepancies to ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial accounts and statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and strategy.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless financial operations and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Part-qualified or studying towards ACCA/CIMA or qualified by experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with financial software and systems.
