Branch Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Sales Manager to join our team at Zachary Daniels. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Order Processing: Efficiently handle sales orders, invoicing, and all associated administration tasks to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers to expand our network and ensure repeat business, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • New Business Development: Identify and develop new customer opportunities with the support of our technical department, leveraging your knowledge of rendering, external wall insulation, tiles, and flooring.
  • Product Knowledge: Utilize your expertise to assist customers effectively, providing solutions to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Liaison and Communication: Engage with customers and suppliers face-to-face and over the phone to progress orders and resolve any queries, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Performance Achievement: Meet performance targets, focusing on trade counter sales growth and customer satisfaction, driving business results and growth.
  • Follow-Up Activities: Follow up on quotations raised and reconnect with dormant customers to revive relationships, ensuring a strong customer base.
  • Logistics Assistance: Support branch logistics to ensure smooth operations, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stock Management: Maintain stock levels as set by the company, developing the required stock profile to meet customer demands, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Budget Adherence: Work within agreed budgets to optimize branch performance, driving business results and growth.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in marketing efforts to promote the branch and help increase sales, leveraging your knowledge of the market and customer needs.
