About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Field Sales Executive to join our team at Connect Fibre. As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to provide the UK with faultless broadband.

As a representative of Connect Fibre, you will be responsible for generating leads and interest in your area, delivering broadband consultations to customers, and upselling our premium product. You will also be expected to build strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and clients, and become an expert in our products through excellent training.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for our life-changing product and service, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A background in sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous, but not essential.

  • Generate leads and interest in your area
  • Deliver broadband consultations to customers and upsell our premium product
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and clients
  • Become an expert in our products through excellent training
  • Network, host, and contribute to events in your area
  • Exceed your own sales targets
  • Build trust and best practice and customer service
  • Deliver the company's KPIs

Connect Fibre offers a hybrid working model with a main emphasis on home working and occasional visits to company office locations. Candidates must be a UK resident with citizenship or indefinite leave to remain and are required to undertake a basic DBS check.
