Job Title: RORO Driver

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class 2 RORO Driver to join our waste collection and recycling team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport skips safely and efficiently in and around the designated site.
  • Collect and transport waste materials to the recycling centre or designated disposal areas.
  • Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working order.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Maintain accurate records of collections, deliveries, and vehicle inspections.
  • Interact professionally with site personnel and customers, addressing any concerns or queries promptly.
Requirements:
  • Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving license, CPC Card, and Tacho card.
  • Proven experience as a RORO driver or in a similar role within the waste management industry.
  • Familiarity with waste management procedures and recycling processes.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including loading and unloading skips.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently.

Preferred Qualifications:
