If you are an experienced Healthcare Assistant in the UK, you can become part of our staff bank. After completing a paid two-week orientation, you will gain access to available shifts, allowing you to work at your convenience.

There is no minimum hour requirement, although we encourage you to work regularly to maintain your skills and knowledge of the service.

Shifts are available during weekdays, nights, and weekends, easily viewable and bookable through our user-friendly app. With just a few taps, you can secure the shifts that suit your preferences.

Whether your background is in the NHS or private care, you can join us as a Bank Healthcare Assistant, earning an hourly rate that includes a 12.07% uplift for annual leave, along with various benefits such as complimentary meals during shifts and free parking.

Your Responsibilities

You will collaborate with a dedicated team to provide care for individuals with neurological or mental health challenges. Your experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, or Care Worker will be invaluable in helping individuals lead fulfilling lives.

This role can be demanding at times, so qualities such as a positive mindset, compassion, resilience, and attentiveness are essential. The rewards of seeing individuals progress and achieve milestones due to your support are immense.

Work Environment

You will be part of a service that operates around the clock, with standard shifts lasting 12.5 hours. As a Healthcare Assistant on our bank, you will work under a zero-hour contract, providing you with the autonomy to select your preferred shifts each week.
