About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to join our Infrastructure team. As a Senior Planner, you will be responsible for developing, updating, and managing construction programmes to ensure on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in creating a safe working environment
  • Update and maintain construction programmes, ensuring a robust and realistic schedule that reflects project risks and opportunities
  • Review and develop preferred construction sequences, considering project-wide constraints to confirm duration in the overall scheme schedule
  • Facilitate construction readiness planning and arrange collaborative planning sessions with clients and supply chain partners
  • Cost-load schedules and generate Earned Value Analysis as required
  • Produce programme metrics and update schedules monthly
  • Analyse schedule impacts from compensation events or other events affecting the programme
  • Liaise with subcontractors and assess their programme submissions
About You

We are looking for a passionate and committed individual with a solid track record of planning major civils projects in highways and public realm settings. You will need experience working in the contracting environment, with the ability to build programmes independently and report using industry-standard tools such as P, Asta, and MS Project.
