About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Live In Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Live In Personal Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support our female client with muscular dystrophy in her daily life, including assisting with her daily exercise regime and accompanying her to swimming sessions.
  • Drive our client's automatic car, requiring a full UK driving licence.
  • Assist with household chores and maintain a clean and safe living environment.
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks, taking into account our client's dietary needs.
  • Encourage and support our client's independence, promoting a fulfilling and active lifestyle.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Fit and active, with a passion for staying healthy and working in the garden or walking in the countryside.
  • Ability to commit to regular, consistent work and maintain a flexible zero-hours contract.
