The Role
As a pivotal member of our team, the Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for elevating our brand presence. This position encompasses a wide array of responsibilities, including:

  • Leading brand and social marketing initiatives
  • Crafting impactful campaigns across various social media platforms
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop integrated marketing strategies with retailers
  • Analyzing marketing metrics and reporting on engagement, conversion rates, and overall effectiveness
  • Creating launch campaigns for new products, including email marketing, social media content, and customer presentations
  • Producing content for social media, print materials, and email outreach
  • Partnering with the New Product Development team to gather insights that inform our product launch strategies

What We Are Looking For
We understand that no candidate will meet every requirement, but we encourage you to apply if you possess the following:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within the food and beverage sector
  • A creative mindset with a flair for originality; we aim to set trends rather than follow them
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams on product launches and marketing plans
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and present marketing performance metrics
  • A genuine passion for marketing and a love for vegetables

Compensation
The salary range for this position is between £32,500 and £37,500, depending on experience.

Work Environment
This is a hybrid role, requiring at least two days per week in the office.
