Key Responsibilities:

  • Server Management: Manage and maintain our servers, networks, and databases to ensure seamless operation.
  • Security Measures: Implement and oversee security measures to protect our company data and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • System Upgrades: Plan and execute system upgrades and expansions to meet the evolving needs of our business.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business needs and objectives.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and support junior IT staff to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience managing and monitoring internal servers (Windows, Virtual, etc.)
  • Technical Skills: Excellent experience with Windows and M365 technologies, proficient with network technologies (Routers, switches, and firewalls), virtual servers (Hyper-V/VMware), and experience with Microsoft Defender
  • Desirable Skills: Some Linux server experience is desirable
