About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Installation Specialist to join our multi-disciplinary team at United Living Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the on-site installation, testing, and sign-off of our projects, ensuring that our work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out Instrumentation, control, and electrical installation and refurbishment works on existing water company sites in accordance with project requirements and programme.
  • Perform FAT/SAT panels and panel/MCC works.
  • Work on client sites across the region, requiring travel and occasional overnight stays.
  • Comply with necessary hygiene standards when working on sites that convey sewage and drinking water.
  • Specify job requirements and parts/equipment/materials needed, as well as compile survey reports for quotation purposes.
  • Read, understand, and follow risk assessments and method statements.
  • Inspect, survey, identify faults, carry out works, and test electrical systems.
  • Complete required paperwork for each project and compile reports to demonstrate installation and testing work has been carried out successfully, accurately, and timely.
Requirements
  • Compliance with BS7671 requirements and company/client-specific standards.
  • Accountability for health and safety of yourself and others under your control.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and cooperate with other staff/trades.
  • Ensure quality of work on site is completed right first time and to company standards.
  • Compliance with company policies, procedures, and work instructions.
