About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking two experienced Business Analysts to join a highly established and rapidly expanding financial services organisation based in South Wales.

The organisation is in an ambitious period of change and transformation, offering great scope for career progression and the opportunity to work on several interesting projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for requirements definition and documentation, process mapping, stakeholder management, and presenting end-to-end solutions to relevant stakeholders throughout the organisation.
  • Facilitate and run requirements workshops, identify continuous improvement techniques, and produce functional specifications and solution design.
  • Work as part of the growing Change department, responsible for facilitating the definition of solutions to ensure that complex business needs are met.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of having worked as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience working as a Business Analyst in a highly regulated industry (Financial Services/Utilities/Pharmaceuticals etc.).
  • Experience of working either on Business Change projects or on Data projects.
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable experience of producing requirements documentation and developing process diagrams.
  • Knowledge of Software Visio, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • If you hold an industry-recognised qualification (e.g., BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis), this would be an advantage although this is not essential.
