Job Description:

**Environmental Specialist Role**

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Specialist to join our team at E3 Recruitment. As an Environmental Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with government and legal regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities to improve the environmental management system.
  • Manage the environmental management program and system.
  • Provide guidance and support on environmental legislation and internal standards.
  • Manage waste minimization plans for both sites.
  • Responsible for the ISO 14001 environmental management system.
  • Lead auditor and contributor to the site-wide process and management system audit plan, including ISO 45001 and 9001.
  • Engage in a professional development program to support progression through the company.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a relevant sector discipline, such as environmental management or chemical engineering.
  • Experience working within a similar sector, such as chemicals, petrochemicals, or oil and gas.
  • Auditing experience to ISO 45001.
