As an Audit Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Audit Partner to oversee the provision of audit services to a high fee income portfolio of clients in the corporate sector.
  • Supporting the firm's expansion by securing new business, recruiting, and training new staff and being involved with all strategic projects to grow the firm.
  • Driving strategic target setting, as well as forecasting and reporting on department budgeting.
  • Overseeing the delivery of the audit function, ensuring expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met.
  • Professionally representing the firm during networking opportunities, confidently scoping new business opportunities.
  • Identifying services that will add value to your portfolio of clients.
  • Championing the firm's values within the team, motivating those around you.
  • Providing professional and personable client-facing communication skills.
  • Setting an example for the team as a natural leader.
